Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MANY Tax Solutions ("we", "us", "our") handles information collected through this website. We keep it simple: we collect only what you choose to send us, and we use it only to respond to you and provide our services. Because our work involves financial information, confidentiality is central to everything we do.
Information we collect
Through our contact form we collect the details you submit — your name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message. We do not require any other personal information to browse this site.
If you become a client, we will separately collect the financial and tax information necessary to perform our services, under a dedicated engagement agreement. That information is not gathered through this website.
How we use your information
- To read and respond to your enquiry;
- To discuss and, where relevant, provide our accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and advisory services;
- To maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence with you.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
How the contact form is processed
Our contact form is delivered by Formspree, a third-party form provider that receives your submission and forwards it to us by email. Your data is handled according to Formspree's own privacy practices — see the Formspree Privacy Policy.
Online scheduling
If you book a consultation using the scheduling tool on our site, that booking is handled by Calendly, a third-party scheduling provider. When you interact with the scheduler, Calendly receives the details you enter — such as your name, email address and chosen time — and may set its own cookies to operate the booking widget. Your data is handled according to Calendly's own privacy practices — see the Calendly Privacy Policy.
Confidentiality & security
We treat client and prospective-client information as confidential. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect the information you share. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to those who need it.
Cookies & analytics
We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of our own. The embedded Calendly scheduler may set its own functional cookies when you use it to book a meeting (see "Online scheduling" above). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files.
Data retention
We retain enquiry messages only for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a reasonable business record, after which they are deleted. Client records are retained as required by applicable tax and professional recordkeeping rules.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to its processing. To make a request, please reach us through our contact form and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
